Double Degree in Mechanical Engineering & Energy and Environmental Engineering
The Double Degree in Mechanical Engineering & Energy and Environmental Engineering with the Finnish university of Novia University of Applied Sciences (Novia UAS) was born with the desire to enable students of both universities to achieve this second degree by strengthening and complementing their academic profile and professionalism in the world of energy and the environment (for UdL students going to Finland) enabling them to face their future job challenges with greater guarantees of success, as well as consolidating English, which is becoming a language of daily use both in his daily life as an academic.
Since the double degree is conveyed through the mobility processes offered by the UdL, it is not until the 3rd year of the Degree in Industrial and Automatic Electronic Engineering that students can access this double degree (and accredit the B2 level of English required), which offers the opportunity to study at least one academic year (10 months or 2 semesters) at the other university and receive, with the same duration as the UdL Degree, also the degree from the other institution.
Novia UAS is a university campus scattered like the UdL distributed in different cities in the western part of Finland. Campus Vasa is located in the city of Vaasa, a beautiful city on the west coast of Finland next to an archipelago considered a world heritage site. This campus offers studies on technology, business administration, health and wellness.
The languages spoken are Finnish and Swedish, which despite being the second official language in Finland, spoken by 5% of the population, is the main language of instruction for brides since 25% of the population of Finland Vaasa speaks to him.

The Double Degree in Mechanical Engineering & Mechanical Engineering with the Brazilian University of Facens was born with the desire to enable students from both universities to obtain a second degree at a foreign university that enables them to face their future challenges with greater guarantees of success. as well as learning a new language such as Portuguese.

In addition, for Brazilian students it means the possibility of accessing Master's studies in Industrial Engineering.
The Facens School of Engineering is located in the city of Sorocaba. The city, founded in 1654, is located 90 km from São Paulo and has 670,000 inhabitants. FACENS is the first higher education institution in the sector founded in Sorocaba and which won the Higher Award in institutional concept from the Ministry of Education in 2018 among other awards other institutions. It has recently become a full-fledged university offering not only engineering studies, but others. FACENS is an entrepreneurial institution with many and diverse laboratories and innovation centers (Smart Campus, LIGA Facens, Ipeas, FabLab ...) oriented to the professional sector and development, but also open to all students who want to participate. Directorate of International Relations EPS
The Polytechnic School of the University of Lleida launched an Internationalization Plan in 2013 that establishes the objectives and actions to be carried out to achieve the internationalization of the studies taught at the School. The tab in progress and implementation of this plan is the responsibility of the EPS Management team, mediating the deputy director of International Relations.
Each Center incorporates the figure of an academic coordinator of international relations to provide students with more precise, careful and close information regarding their mobility expectations. The academic coordinator of international relations of the Higher Polytechnic School is the deputy director of the School.
World Wide EPS Meeting
The Polytechnic School of the University of Lleida considers the process of internationalization of the center a key aspect.
